That’s the offset line. Sorry I’m just now responding. If you filed a joint return, you’ll have to use a separate phone to check for offset under your spouses SSN. As the offset line saves the number you first call from and check with your social. Hope this helps or hope you have received your refund already! If I can be of any more help, please let me know.
CMadden, have you called the offset line and put in your social to be triple sure they weren’t keeping it?
And Terri, mine also said sent 2/25/20 on the Sbtpg site. When I called it said my refund was paid to my account on 02/26/20 and received the money at 6:30 cst tonight. The pie charts (red, green) don’t seem to matter, nor do the dates. If your WMR said ddd of 02/26, you should get it by morning at the latest. My WMR didn’t have a ddd because of an offset, just said if not credited by 03/02 to check back. Hope this helps. Also, I used turbo card for the first and last time this year!
I don’t know that anyone cares, but I said this morning I would post an update and not vanish after getting my money. I’m in Alabama, had fees taken out and an offset, got my money about 6:30pm Central time. Turbo card. Hope this is of help to at least one person lol. See you all next year. Amand, states are usually a shit ton slower. And the person saying “quit posting about it”.. they literally found this forum because they want to know where their refund is. I don’t pay shit heads like that any attention

When I called the TPG number, it said I was paid my refund on 2/26, Don’t know if that means it won’t post until tomorrow or will hit my card anytime between now and then. I used turbo card
My circle just went from red to green in the last 3-5 min, but nothing on Turbo card yet. Hopefully soon! If so, I’ll update and then see you guys next year
LizFromTuscan.. does your WMR say call so and so if not received by March 2nd? I also have an offset of 45$ scheduled for payment on the 26th and it didn’t give me a ddd. From what I’ve read, it’s simply the way the WMR worded it for folks with offsets. But if you look at everyone’s ddd, those that have the contact if not credited by March 2nd have a ddd of 02/26. Hope this helps. I haven’t gotten mine yet, but everything points to it being today or tomorrow. Hopefully today

I’m not worried that the offset will delay it at all. I’m worried because I wasn’t given a DDD. It just says “if not credited by March 2, check back” blah blah.. but when I call offset line, it says I have a 45$ offset from Dept. of Education that is scheduled for payment on 02/26 out of my federal refund. So if I’m using TT card, and the rest of my refund is set for 02/26, could I expect it on 02/24 (tomorrow) like some suggest, or do y’all think it will be on 2/26

Does anyone else have an offset and also not showing a DDD? Just really worries me. But with it saying if it’s not credited to my account by March 2, check back for more info, comparing that to others who post a DDD date and a check back by date, I would think my DDD is 02/26 seeing that that’s also when my offset is scheduled to be paid. Any help is greatly appreciated
My WMR updated on 02/22 to direct deposit approved.. however, I am only showing “if not credited by March 2”. I have an offset for 45$, I have called to check for offsets For both my wife and I, between the two of us, only have the 45$ offset from a 5464$ refund. Is the offset the reason I’m not seeing a DDD? I have read others have an offset and ddd of 2/26. When I call the offset line, it tells me the offset and says it’s scheduled for payment on 2/26.. would this be my ddd also?
