I UPDATED MY DD INFO ON IRS PORTAL ABOUT A WEEK AGO. CHECKED IT ON MONDAY, NOW IT SAYS MY INFO DOESN’T MATCH AFTER IT WAS TELLING ME MY CHECK WOULD BE DEPOSITED TO THE ACCOUNT I PROVIDED!
I USED THE SERVE CARD…GOT ADVANCE…UPDATED MY ACTUAL BANKING INFO ON THE IRS SITE….NOT SERVE CARD….ANYONE CAN GIVE ME A LIL INSIGHT?????

Same thing happened to me! Did you update your bank account info to irs portal or your serve card info?
I updated my banking info…now its saying info doesn’t match!

I filed JH and have Serve card and got refund advance.

Well….I went on the IRS Portal…first they said my info was wrong…put it in again and it said “error encountered..cant process your request at this time”. Waited awhile went back on…now it’s just basically saying site is crowded. I too have the serve card from jh and got a refund advance. So…idk…smh!
Did ANYONE actually get a deposit onto their serve card?
