I think just looking at it now that routing number might be the same as my Chime routing number. So can I assume they would hit about the same time or is there a little bit of a differentiation because they’re technically two different banks? Thank you so much for answering questions like this!

I called to see if they would tell me something different and she said A.) she couldn’t see pending deposits, she only sees them when they post and B.) they only deposit between 12-9. 26 more minutes until it MIGHT hit. It feels like 26 centuries.

Another plus, since everyone else under the sun already has their refund, it’ll just be us lonely Kaiku cardholders left on the IGMR Facebook page and we won’t have to scroll through 10k comments to find our people!

@mommaof7 Aww, don’t get discouraged now! It’s almost midnight (in TN anyway) and your fees are already taken out so not much longer. It does suck that they don’t post it right away like most other places. Oh, well, at least we get complimented on our unique-looking cards…

Anyone have Kaiku? It’s issued through Bancorp. First year having it put on this card. Their email said this:

“Thanks for reaching out to us. Your deposit will be funded on the date specified by the originating bank. If they do not specify a specific day then they will be available as soon as we have received them. With tax refunds there is processing time between when the IRS issues the refund and when we receive it. This can typically be 3-5 business days.”

Another user said she usually gets it early. DDD is the 23rd, no fees. Paychecks are usually posted between 5 and 6 am Eastern time. I’m worried about the couple of freezes I read about when I Googled Kaiku tax refund.

I keep trying to post that I know for sure that last year we had transcripts at least a day before we got the DDD, but I’m wondering if that has changed now. If anything, maybe because of these dead cycles, maybe we won’t see them until everything posts.

Exactly, but I just really, really think that that deferred date calendar is based on the one from last year, like a placeholder ,because they weren’t sure at that point what the dates actually would be. If you look at it, it’s laid out the same, but the dates are different, obviously. But it says deferred until that last Monday of the month. Of course, as always, we could all be so wrong, but I just have a good feeling it’s going to be tonight. It lines up with how things played out last year.
