Also turbo tax said 5 to 10 days before we get it. I’m beyond annoyed with the runaround
@vegasmom nothing here yet. I called and spoke to someone SBTPG earlier and she said it was sent to the bank and I would for sure have it today. But so far my refund is floating in outer space somewhere
11:15 PST nothing here. I’ve kinda given up hope that I’ll see anything today. At this point, I’d just like some communication from someone somehow on what the issue is.
@tsunamibomber86 how are you even hold to speak with someone? When I call I just get the automated crap.
Those of you saying you’ve spoke to someone at SBTPG… how are you doing so?! I just get an automated system
Another update… spoke to someone else and she said if we have DDD date of today then we will get it. Just a matter of when, she said it could be 1159 PM.
Now, I don’t know what or who to believe because the first person I spoke to said that if it hasn’t come yet it wont come today, then this lady said I definitely would.
I guess I’ll update more when I hear or see something else.
@husker what time zone are you in? I’m not sure that that matters, but maybe it does?
Its 4:06am PST and I have a DDD for 2/26. Howver I don’t have my refund. Talked to USAA, they said that deposits are processed overnight and if I don’t have mine yet, it’s not coming today.
Everything is correct. My account and routing #s are all correct. SBTPG shows the money was sent.
