From what ive read, no bank in the USA is allowed to hold any longer than the close of business day any refunds from the IRS. Im unsure about this when there are fees involved though. Ours went from the IRS to H&R Block to Wells Fargo all in a matter of hours over night on the 26th. Wells Fargo sent a text saying our refund was credited to our account. So they were aware that H&R Block was depostting the IRS refunds. Good Luck!
