Now shows offset paid (0) balance but still no ddd yet. When will I see update? Also transcript still same. Wmr says being reviewed. If they paid off offset then my refund should be approved, yes?

Process date 3/9. Code 826, 971. Now wmr says under review. Eitc my offset is mich less than my refund. So annoying
