Did you have insurance through the marketplace at all last year? If so, did you file a 1095-a?
I’m following the exact pattern as you and I think that’s my problem. I didn’t get my form or email reminder until 2 WEEKS after I filed and TurboTax made no reference to needing it. Was my first year on the ACA so I was clueless. TurboTax really dropped the ball.
I got my 1095-a a week after filing. First year on the marketplace, TurboTax didn’t mention it AT ALL so I had no idea I needed it until too late.
Haven’t gotten any letter, it’s been 3 weeks today. I’ve had some people tell me they didn’t get a letter until AFTER their refund and had to amend.
No movement on WMR- lost my bars, no letter. Guess I can try calling but we all know how useful that is…
Ditto here. Another 1/29 filer- woke up this morning with no bars and “still being processed”. Still have refund amount but no topic code.
Odd this seems to be happening to so many people who filed on the same day.
The no TT code has me a bit worried though. I haven’t gotten a letter and none is on the way (checked through Informed Delivery).
Another 1/29 filer/accepted here. Updated overnight to “still processing” with no bars. Except I have no TT code.
Seems this is happening to a lot of people who filed on this date.
Only thing that’s different for me this year is that I had to amend last years return with an exemption code for healthcare (put in “pending” when filing then sent in an amended return with code after I got it a few months later) but I did that over 6 months ago.
