@Cyndilist, yes I sent my documents in yesterday and got my deposit this morning at 8:30 on a Sunday! It took less than 24 hrs to get my money! Hoping u all are next in line!!!
Hey guys I finally received my taxes! Posted at 8:30am on Sunday.. Less than 24hrsafter I sent in all my documents! YAY!!!
Just received yet another email from Chime stating they have not received a deposit for my account. I read somewhere on here that someone said that there’s a list and they send them out in the order they are received? Maybe that’s true and it’s a process??? I don’t know.. I’m at a loss here.

Hey guys, I sent in all my documents proving that yes I filed and had it deposited into my Chime account … My husband and also my drivers license… Chimes reply?? Sometimes it can take up to 2weeks for. Federal or state returns to come through!?! That’s funny… Never ever had this. Problem. I’ve always had it before the date or on it… Never after and sure not 2 weeks after! I’m so done with Chime! I don’t know what else to do!

I sent them everything… My tax return showing where I had it deposited into my Chime account numbers including routing number. The guy said they weren’t showing anything for me that I needed to efile and put in my chime numbers!?! I already have and sent proof! I’m absolutely livid!@Rly
So happy for you! They said to reply to my email with the documents but I never received one! Said they would resend but still nothing! Checked spam too. Ugh.@Tammyj

Thank you, I told them earlier when i called I hadn’t received this email, he said they would resend but who knows how long that will take! I have had nothing but trouble since I joined Chime! Everyone I work with told me to join so I get paid earlier… I get paid a day and a half later than everyone else! Should’ve stayed with my local bank!!! -_-I received an email from Chime but all it said was support… Said nothing about needing these documents… Is this the email u all received??? Or did it specifically ask u for them?
I called Chime, since. my husbands name is also on our tax return. He said I would need to send drivers license and also my husbands and copy of our tax return! I’ve looked through spam folder and all emails… Nothing. This is so ridiculous! Also said nothing had came in to be rejected! CHIME SUCKS!
@B my refund also has my husbands name of it. So how will u get it since they rejected it??? This is so ridiculous! In the past, it always went into my husbands account which my name isn’t on and my name so the refund, so wtf? I’m so upset!
I’m in TN, and had a DDD of the 26th. Still nothing! I will be cancelling this account as soon as I get my money! Everyone I know who has Chime has already gotten theirs except me. I’m so over this!!!!
Sorry about that date typo… I meant today is 02/27/20 still no deposit. My son had the same ddd and filed with turbo tax also, received his on the 02/25/20. He also doesn’t use Chime! I don’t understand!
Turbo tax gave me a deposit date of 2/26/20, I have Chime and it’s 2/220 4:08am and still nothing! I’m in TN. I’m always the last employee to receive my check too. Everyone I work with gets theirs a day early and uses Chime. Wtf??
