      On the IRS “where’s my refund” site says “take action” and is reviewing our refund and is requesting more info but they are sending a portion of the refund. I believe now I made a mistake in claiming the American opportunity credit. Am I in trouble for this. It says on their site they will be sending a letter in the next 30 days requesting more info. I don’t want to be audited and I agree with the reduced amount they are sending us–the tax topic number is 151
