Filed with TT, accepted 1/24, DDD of 2/24. This is my first year to ever use TT and get a refund advance – which will also be my first time to have SBTPG associated with my refund. I’m nervous with all of the negative things that I’ve read about TT and SBTPG lately.

Used TT, DDD is 2/24, fess to be taken from refund (SBTPG). Site still shows unturned, and I’m officially nervous! This is my first time doing things this way. I talked to a rep with TT who also said that if refund isn’t sent to have fees taken in 21 days, bank account on file will be used to pay fees until refund arrives (and that anyone who got state before federal and state is way low, fees came out of that). I’m just relaying what I was told. 😬
