Hey love, I’m in NC and I’m waiting for my check in the mail. I updated the portal the day it launched two days later said it would be mailed 24th and nothing.
Informed delivery doesn’t display a check. Still in limbo.

They used my 2019 taxes and I had the right address on there and than the day portal launched I put my dd info and updated address and it resulted to check via mail.

It sucks for some reason SC and NC have been delayed more than anyone in this whole processed. Nothing for us yet!
If you are a PayPal user they are dropping deposits as of now with direct deposit dates of April 29th.
What state are you in? I am still waiting. I have. A check date of April 24th. North Carolina hasn’t got theirs yet for check with that date.

If people updated with a direct deposit date today for April 28th and used netspend they are dropping deposits now. Check your cards!

I knew you were going to say that lol. I’m in Greensboro NC and no one here has got their check dated the 24th from the IRS yet. Virginia received theirs Saturday so we should be tomorrow or Tuesday the latest. I spoke with my mailman and he said they are a little backed up. (I’m still waiting on a letter from Florida that was mailed last Thursday)

I’m a little confused, someone offer some clarity.
The article you guys are referencing can someone post the link and or answer this question. If you submitted info in the portal last week and it crashed is it getting direct deposited even if it states check? That’s seems odd to me
Hoping that it just shows up in the mail. I don’t know why they would scan checks from the irs in the first place, that opens an avenue for possible fraud.

I filed with Jackson Hewitt and still waiting to get my stimulus I received my income taxes 02/24/2020. Get my payment states it will be mailed the 24th after it said it would direct deposit to my account I updated at 11:00 Weds.

When get my payment came live my mom checked her status and it said it sent the money to the last four digits of her social although it called it her account. Well today she received her money from Republic bank, she had one dependent 1,700

Logged on at 9:00am Wednesday to add direct deposit information and tonight it advised it was being sent via check by April 24th. Mine was to my credit union.
Mine advised a check will be mailed to address on file. I added my direct deposit info Wednesday around 9:00 am. It sucks but nothing we can do. Please keep us posted if anyone situation differs.
I got same error notice when I just attempted to log in. Hopefully this means an update is near.
I just checked the status of mine after putting my direct deposit information two days ago due to Jackson Hewitt mishap and it said my payment is going to be deposited in my bank account and it gave the last four of the correct account. Prior to be able to log in I was locked out all day yesterday. I’m sure they a limiting logins to be able to manage website traffic
Has anyone who had to change their direct deposit information received a date for payment disbursements?
It’s my assumption that if it hasn’t been updated than that’s still the result. “Uncertainty”.
