Lol. I dont think so i do all the paperwork i know he’s info when i called the offset hotline it said their are two payment one for 1800 and another for 600 both for child support . But the weird part is that our state refund was take 1st on February 6th they took 1800 so we just thought he would have 600 left to pay but then another 1800 was taken out of our federal refund .@Rachel

Im a little confused….DDD is 2/23 i filed with H&R Block and im using their Emerald card and i have fees coming out of our refund. And also have two offsets, we haven’t received anything yet and no pending deposit but I’ve been with H&R Block for 9 years and i have never seen a pending deposit and always got it on time. So still waiting . Hope it shows up on time with all this changes the IRS is doing. Will keep updates
Okay I filed January 27th and it was accepted January 30th my pending deposit date is for February 23rd my husband does owe about $2,500 when I called the offset number it does tell me where the money is going to and how much is going to it and it said it will be released on the 23rd of February so I’m assuming that so mean that I would not be getting my refund early because I have to wait until we pay off our debts and it’s not expected to come out until the 23rd of February that’s.
I was wondering when the wmr update to refund sent, will it show me how much is being sent to my card, because my husband owes money and I already checked the offset hotline so I know the amount that I’m seeing is not the amount we are going to receive. The funds are suppose to be on the carx on 2/23
I was wondering how long does it take to go from approved to refund sent. My ddd is 2/23… i have the Emerald card/H&R Block so their no help at this point.they wont let me know if i have anything pending because of the PATH act….
So i called my Emerald card just to see if they could till me if their was a pending deposit. And she was no help she tells me to call the irs to see when my funds would be releast. I told her i already did they said by the 23rd thats why im calling you now . Then she says oh ok well i would just wait til the 27th and then call back because of the PATH act. How does tgat make any sense.
Im in California checked @9 no update yet.
I filed with H&R Block on 1/27 and accepted on 1/30 my husband has offset so i check with the offset hotline this morning and it says that his offset will be paid on 2/23. But WMR is still says being processed. I hope it updates tonight.
So i filed on 1/27 and it was accepted on 1/30 i know i have offsets so i called the hotline and it told my that my offsets will be paid on 2/23 so i just found out DDD. So happy
I filed 1/27 with H&R Block and it was accepted the same day. On 2/2 thats when my bar disappeared and the PATH act started showing up. And it still there as of today . But i did get my state refund early last week. I just order my transcript and it was accepted. I hope my bar comes back tomorrow like they said.
