I filed my return on 02/04/12 and TurboTax says it was accepted on 02/05/12. When i check WMR it says there is no information on my return. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone that filed on 02/04/12 got a deposit date from Irs?

Filed that same day. Accept same day. Nothing on WMR. You’re not alone.

I efiled on 01/31. WMR stated no info found until Wednesday 02/08. Then I got my date of 02/21. I think if you wait a week after you file (or the IRS updates on Wed) then it’ll post.

http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96596,00.html?portlet=106.It’s a problem that they’re trying to fix. They have acknowledged it and say not to worry!
I’m in the same boat as you guys. Filed 2/6.

I wouldn’t be too crceeonnd about the message but, in will in fact delay the receipt of your refund for a bit. My friend got the same message and they requested proof of a dependant living with him and him having legal custody but, this was triggered because he was claimed on someone else’s return as well. All it is, is there is some discrepancy in information that you entered on your return to what the IRS has in their system and basically want you to send the additional information proving what ever it may be If you call the IRS they will be able to give you more information on the problem and should be able to tell you what the notice is requesting (800) 829-1040 Was this answer helpful?
