WMR status updated to review

Got this update yesterday from accepted to:
We received your tax return and are reviewing it. If we need additional information, we’ll mail a notice with further instructions.
If you’ve already received a notice, please follow the instructions.

No transcript updates, no notices. Should I call?

  @losingit2026 I called Feb 25th and was told I need to verify and a letter was sent Feb 17th. Received the letter yesterday (26th). Called this am at 7:00 and they asked name, DOB, and some W2 questions, return questions from this year and last. Got the “WMR will update in 2-3 weeks and refund in 9 weeks” spiel. I’ll see what updates tomorrow.

  I got through to an agent and I need to verify my ID. Letter sent Feb 17, so just waiting for that now.
