      When I call the offset hotline all it says is, your refund MAY be reduced due to an offset.. But no guarantee. They haven’t sent me any warning, or notification about an offset. I have a DDD for 2/4. Does anybody know anything that could help me? Thanks

          On your account transcript, if an offset is applied to a non-tax debt, you will see CODE 898 REFUND APPLIED TO NON-IRS DEBT and the amount directly beneath.
