I filed on the 29th, and accepted the same day. I filed through H&R Block. On the 31st, my bars had disappeared. At this very moment, it still gives me the “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available” message. No Tax Topic and no PATH. Also, when I checked with H&R’s website for Tax History, it says that I have a filing date of the 8th of February? Did I get re-sequenced? (Already received my State Refund)

These post all seem to get funnier as the tax season gets closer to releasing PATH funds .

I don’t understand all the bitterness. No one on this site has access to anyone’s personal return, therefor can not offer personalized advice . It is all circumstantial & based on theirs or someone they knows previous experience .

Just wait it out – it either comes or doesn’t .

I don’t understand how Skittlez filing a 1099 would make her fraud.

@Janet well apparently you are on here just as much if you notice how much @Skittlez is commenting?! I get this is a stressful time for a lot of people, but there is no reason to be so bitter.

@skittlez how are you on here morning noon and night? How did you file taxes. I bet you filed 2099 with eitc…. EXACTLY why the Path Law exists. Fraudulent returns. Hopefully when Path message updates you will be one of the ones the IRS code and audit. I hope they ask for records and paperwork, receipts, etc… you have been on this web page for days with no break.

@jesse there is a thread on here about that. The date you were accepted was not the actual date IRS actually started processing you. I filed 1/25 h&rblock has my return completed date of 2/4 I feel like I’m a weekly and that’s y I have not updated yet. But I ordered my transcripts on 2/2 and they came with partial zeros so my new theory is that I was resequenced which I read puts you back a week or 2 behind.

Check your line transcripts to see if your return has been processed for 2017. If it’s not blank you may have to ID verify or, maybe you’re a weekly. If your return has a cycle date ending in 05, then it’s weekly. Once you check you may know.
