      I got my 2014 taxes. I never received my 2012 amended return refund. So I checked where’s my amended return and found out it was completed June 2014 . I tried calling irs phone number and it ask for 3 digit extension given…I tried logging back in on where’s my amended return to look at the 3 digit extension needed but now its saying my information does not match their records, and I know all my info was correct…what should I do now? Please help!

          I checked the website where’s my amended refunds for 2012 and 2013 and only shows 2014 processed. All the amended refunds was mailed the same day for 2012, 3013 and 2014 that was prepared by H&R Block.
          Please let me know what process I need to take to follow up on this issue.

          Any help you can give would really be appreciate.
