  Anyone who used turbo tax and had fees taken out showing approved on WMR with a DDD and Tax Topic 203? I keep seeing different things. Some say it’s for offset which I don’t have and some says it’s for the fees being taken out of the refund.

  Santa barbra tax payer group….they are the bank that is in between the irs and your deposit IF you had fees taken directly out of your federal refund
