      Nys under review 90 day message anyone knows the days the state updates or if they have same situation

            Received the same msg, the first time ever.. Smh, thank goodness I’m getting my federal. I’ll update ic anything changes

              Mine says the same thing I thought it was just me. I am not sure I called and asked and all they told me to do is wait and they have no more information. :/

                  @Minnie thisis just nyc the state return usually takes longer but whats confusing is the generic messages they give when checking status.

                      I don’t know if they’re doing identity precautions in N.Y. but here in Ohio i didn’t know until afterwards but I filed my state taxes with TurboTax on 1/17 and was still pending up until 1/23 and seen here in the forums that the state wouldn’t except my taxes from 3rd party place and that I needed to refile on Ohio taxation website and then turbo tax will reject them. once I did file online then I was audited for identity and had to wait for letter from them 3-5 days and once received letter i had to go to website and answer 4 identity questions and once I passed the identity quiz,it said now they will resuming processing my state taxes.guess it could take up to 3 weeks now. not sure if they is what’s going on with yours but I would look into it. gl

                            Oh ok. I just got a ddd for federal for the 3rd hopefully the state soon. Good luck hope all goes well with yours.

                                  It seems as thoughmany people received the 90 day further review message this year. I been trying to find out what days they do updating for state return but find nothing. Sure hope soom hear something
