What does this mean?

On my turbo tax web page, under my refund amount it says irs refund est 02/09/24, does that mean I may get it by Feb 9th?

  It’s just a guess. I can even tell you once you have a filling date. Give you 2 weeks from then as a “EST” date

  @ admin, yes I did, I got accepted on the 19th. So that’s awesome news.

  @monica Did you get an email that your return was accepted? If so, it was part of a test batch. Otherwise, it is sitting on hold until the IRS officially opens on 1/29 this year. You can estimate the date to expect your refund based on the acceptance date.

  It’s just a general estimate, usual just whatever day you filed + 21 days.
