What does 841 code mean?

I had a ddd of 2/22 looked on my transcript today and it says code 841- return cancelled…why would that happen?

  From what I seen it means your ach was possibly rejected and they will mail a paper check.

  I’m the exact same. Had a DDD of 2/22 an looked an now have a code 841 an a letter coming the mail so idk what happened or why
