This is ridiculous!!
I had to call the ID Protection Hotline TodayThey again flagged my return and said it could take 6-8 weeks to process!
If you can’t obtain any transcripts I’d definitely make sure nothing is wrong.
Other wise you are waiting for a letter..
Then waiting for 6-8 weeks for processing…I filed with my Id, Agi, and Electronic Pin.. Still Flagged..

If you filed your tax return early this year, you’ll have to wait a week longer for your refund. According to an IRS spokesman, the delay was caused by new safeguards installed in the computer systems to prevent refund fraud. The problem is limited to taxpayers who filed their returns before January 26th. Returns that were accepted on or after that date will not be affected.
Erika Robles is ahead of the game this year. She filed her tax return weeks ago, but as for her refund…”Every day I get on that Web site and all it’s been saying is ‘reviewing, it’s being reviewed.’”
Erika isn’t alone. The IRS says there’s a glitch in new fraud protection software. Taxpayers who filed before January 26th will not get their refunds on schedule.
Rachel Murley of Jackson Hewitt tax service says the delay is keeping her office busy. “Lots of people calling, saying where’s my refund, why haven’t I received it?”
Murley says the IRS isn’t passing along a lot of information as for how long the delay is. “It’s a two, three-day delay and reassure them that yes, they will be getting their refund.”
That came true for Robles on Wednesday. She got her check. “I am so happy, I am very happy!”
