      Has anyone that is under review (CP05 letter) or was under review for a prior stimulus received their stimulus payment?

              I’m praying for an update later today. I can’t view my transcripts online, I have to order them to be mailed smh. So glad you got your 846!

                @kayyy Any news?

                WMR shows ours as “still being processed”. I pulled up transcripts today and saw 571 code with 3/22 next to it and then 846 with 4/9 next to it. Looks like they cleared up whatever they were doing on 3/22, which was also the date next to our 570 code. But they still sent us the 60 day review letter dated 3/29 and I received it on 3/23.

                  Maybe it’s a sign that it’ll be coming soon. Mine still says not available on GMP. @Disneydreamer

                    Funny you said that about the second stimulus letter because we received our second stimulus letter yesterday, too! I thought it was some kind of update but it was just something telling us how much we got for our second payment. The waiting continues….

                      Unfortunately not. I believe I got the letter from the 2nd stimulus yesterday but it went to my old address.

                                Sorry I can’t edit my post. I should have said we received the third stimulus in full on 3/17 so I know that was based on our 2020 AGI, even though we are under review.

                                  We are under 60 day review and just received a CP05 letter this week. We claimed recovery rebate since our 2019 income gave us very little on the first and phased us out on the second. But our 2020 income was much lower due to my husband being unemployed so we claimed the rebate for the difference since the tax program said we could. But we did get our full 2020 stimulus on 3/17.

                                    I am I claimed second rebate was denied , got only my refund after receiving my letter I called I was told someone input wrong information codes on my stimulus like that I’m on Medicaid and my status changed she had to call manager to help her fix things they reviewed my past 4 years taxes confirmed that nothing changed except income went up but within eligible to receive , so they put a trace on second stimulus and I have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive a new check.Sucks
