      I was told I was under review what does that mean

          My bars disappeared, called the IRS this morning. I was also told I am under review, the lady would not tell me why and said a letter is in the mail. I believe it is a stall tactic to hold our money.

            It means the IRS are collectively a bunch of incompetent cockwombles this year.
