Unable to order TRANSCRIPTS by phone or online! Why? Help! Please

I filed on on 2/8 accepted same day..reading ..lurking and waiting..and still stuck on “still being processed” eic and first time filer as well as College student.What is the hold up?

Claimed my younger brother as my mother was in a terrible car accident and can’t work..why can’t I order transcripts..Filed with Turbo Tax..

I understand the new laws..but really a million people back logged? Sounds unprepared
I need the transcripts already..

I moved and i can order transcripts using my new address over the phone but not my old address like it has been all season, so i bet ill wake up tomorow with a ddd for 3/7

I filed 2/17

I just ordered my transcript via phone. But online I was unable to which is strange. The automated line saidbitll take 5-10 business days for my transcript.

When I check wmr it’s still on the accepted bar. No DDD

I called H&R block with whom I filed my return and they didn’t really have any information for me other than they have been getting a lot of calls from people with delayed returns as well. She said they are scrutinizing everyone’s returns who claimed EIC or CTC because of fraudulent returns in the past. So we can thank all those a–holes for this. Someone on here said the reason was H&R block’s software didn’t update in time for the early filers but according to the woman I spoke with, nothing like that is the case. So who the heck really knows!

Out of frustration I phoned local office to get an appointment to pick up transcripts..The woman was very kind..and offered to look into my account..after verifying who I was..

She placed me on a brief hold 7mins..and returned with the famous expect a letter in the mail by the 13th..😳I am under future review..but she can’t see what the letter is about..if I do not receive by then phone back they will resend..

#1 EVERYONE is told the same thing..I believe eventually recieving a refund will become obsolete..

Please read 2018 2019 tax season news..It becomes worse than this..Unreal..Soon ALL will be on point with this new government system..

I have read of people expecting letters and still recieve their refunds.I am in hope this will be the case..Absolutely unreal!!

I could not access online either and would not let me via phone. BUT it did let me order and have sent through the mail. I have not received them yet.
