Anyone get a advance using turbo tax. I been having the most issues with credit karma and getting my funds. Though I am getting back 11k I was only approved for 1k. I got it almost immediately but I can’t transfer the funds into my chime. I spoke to chat and called credit karma. All they told me was try again later..?? To have funds you can’t touch and need to is so upsetting. Anyone else have a issue with them

I got my advance yesterday. I linked my virtual card to my cashapp and “added money” using the CK debit card. Available immediately to be moved wherever. Hope this helps.

My boyfriend is having the same issue and the same response is being given yesterday and today. He transferred what he could to his bank account until either the virtual card information becomes available and he’s able to add it to his Apple wallet, or his physical card comes in the mail. He’s definitely not doing this next year.

Maybe trying transfer to another account! You can create a virtual card with CK to use the funds as well!
