Transcripts?

I can’t get my transcripts online. It won’t recognize my credit card account number or my student loan account number. I tried both numbers from experian but no luck.

Do I really only have a mail option at this point?

  I had to request online for them to send a security code in the mail. Takes 7-10 days. Once you log in with the code, it will ask for a 10-digit account number (not ss#) can be bank, loan, mortgage etc.
  
  ADVICE—–you have to disable your pop-up blocker!

  I have the same issue. Wont recognize my CC, student loan, or my car loan. No idea why. Its frustrating lol
