      If I try to order my transcript online, it tells me it is not available yet. I tried calling the phone number to check it and it tells me that it can’t recognize my social. What does this mean?

          So I called the irs after I requested my account transcripts I got a letter stating to call them.

          The account transcript didn’t say anything just to call them.

          Turns out that because my identity was used fraudulently last year I can not order transcripts online this year. Would have to do it by phone and no mine are not available yet.

          I am also having this issue
          So I filed 1/19 showed excepted same day. Just got off phone with irs because my bars and taxtopic went missing over the weekend. It said still processing.

          She said I wasn’t really accepted till the 21st.
          That my return is now on a hold could take an additional 6-8 weeks. She said it is because last year my identity was used to file, and yes it was. That they are taking additional steps to verify. What those are I do not know. She said I may or may not get something in the mail.

              Never mind. :( It let me through the second call and it’s still not available. I’m never getting my refund. :(
