Topic 201 Ref # 1091

I filed 1/25/19 and never had any bars on WMR. I only had PATH until 2/15 then had the generic message of my refund being processed. This morning 2/23 I got the topic 201 saying my refund was applied to a tax obligation, and to call the IRS ext 382. I never knew I owed anything and have not had any issues in prior years.
The offset hotline shows nothing (even though they don’t report tax debts). Any chance this may be a glitch, and maybe I’ll receive even a small portion? I’m talking over $5k just gone 😭

Guess what, the same message hit me too, I checked the offset hotline too, I had no offsets. I am hoping that I receive something back, I was expecting something on the 27th, I will be calling IRS on Monday, Good Luck to us both😢
