Third stimmy paper check/not available

So I know I’ll be getting the third stimulus as a check because that’s how I received my first two, and that’s how I received my taxes this year (hoping they come today still waiting on the check) but GMP says status nor available (was hoping it would update today….) and it has me worried because online these articles say you should be able to see your DDD or check mail date…I know there’s other topics on this but they’re on like page 2/3 so I’m bumpin this one up!

As stated in previous comments GMP says not available (because it’s processing everyone has got to calm down it says it right on the website) but I know I’m more than eligible, my WMR says my tax REFUND sent 3/15. Cant view my transcripts because I don’t have a loan or whatever’s needed to log in and view online.

any of you get a letter 1444-b about your second stimulus? I got it yesterday. It was issued on 3/12/2021. I got second stimulus in first round of mailed checks in January. I’m wondering if the 12th when they issued the letter about my second stimulus is when they looked into my account to do the 3rd stimulus.

@mommajess33 how did you find out when your check was sent? On your transcripts? Mine will be sent by check as well but GMP says payment status not available.

Maybe just this year is when they started doing that because they’re so behind, who knows.

Also, my check was sent on the 15th which is Monday not the 12th (Friday) which is what some people’s WMR’s said. When I called the IRS yesterday she told me it sent yesterday, because I brought up that I was told by someone else here that checks are only mailed on fridays. But she said Monday’s and Friday’s.

Nope still in the same boat as you, hoping Wednesday is when we update cause that’s when the first DD’s will be deposited by. So I’m hoping that’s when our checks will be processed by.

Has yalls gmp updated? I still have payment status not available. Got the first 2 by paper check and we are definitely eligible.

Direct deposits are sent out Wednesday’s and paper checks are mailed out on Fridays. You’ll get it by Wednesday at the latest usually.

Oh lucky!!! Mine went out 3/15, and I kept saying it’ll be here by Wednesday because yeah it usually only take three days max! Second stimulus came a day before it was supposed to be sent so I couldn’t even cash the check till the following day, so I was hopeful this would come early as well but clearly not. Hope yours comes today!!!

Yeah mine says the same and i should be getting paper check and I’m eligible as well. And usually it takes about
3 days to send out . did it send out today the 15 or the 12? Mine says mine was sent out the 12th normally it only takes 3 days so I’m crossing my fingers that it is really soon.

I’m also still waiting on my tax refund, accepted 2/11 and all my bars went away yada yada updated a while back telling me it’ll be sent today 3/15 but I read another posting and a man spoke to the IRS who was told checks get sent on fridays now I’m worried since it’s not here yet it wasn’t sent…I’m a mother I can’t wait for this crap 😭 same with everyone else on here of course, I stay patient for so long I swear.

Because yeah it tells me that it’s cause they’re still working on it (obviously it’s not because I’m not eligible) I just wish they’d update us. What I wanna know is if anyone receiving a paper check has a date.

Okay I’m glad that we’re all together! Even though it sucks, I’ll definitely come back to this posting to update when it changes for me and I’ll try to update on as many other threads on here as well! I’m sure it’s just because they’re still working on the first DD’s or possibly since they finished the first batch of DD’s this weekend (just waiting on banks to process by 3/17) then maybe it’s just taking longer than they thought to process the first batch of checks.

Ya I’m in the same boat as you all. I used the non filers in 2019 and rcvd both payments. Mine says unavailable at this time. I’m hoping that since there still sending people’s DD to banks this week, that us receiving checks will receive a date after those get sent. With both previous pymts, my check was issued a week after my hubby’s DD to his bank

Even though the GMP tool says the two reasons are something like “need more information” and “you’re not eligible”, the IRS website does say that another reason could be “We haven’t yet processed your Economic Impact Payment” so maybe we will go out with the next batches?

Mine also says payment status not available, but I’m trying to stay patient and hopeful because a bunch of other people are in the same boat! My brother is even in the same situation, and we are all certain we are eligible.
