The REAL Reason TRANSCRIPTS MATTER!!

After trying to order transcripts every way without luck..
I called..
Rep didn’t want to look at this years..

After getting her to pull and send transcripts..
She tells me she needs more info based on last years ID issue….

Being polite the whole time I asked if/how this would affect this year…

Apparently last years did mess up this years! Meaning proving I’m me and such again!!
This also means late refund!! Seeing as proving you are you with 5 questions.. Well that takes them 6-8 weeks to read.. Said they would be sending a letter soon.. Who knows when that would show up!

SICK OF THIS… THIRD YEAR WE’VE DONE THIS!!!

At this point outsourcing would run smoother!

Heck Google could probably handle them in an extremely timely manner!

Careful if it say unable to get transcripts and has a form number!!

Unhappy about findings, but at least I know now!

I just read up on the 4506T form and it’s basically another way of ordering your transcript. They even give you the option over the phone

I filed on the 22 accepted on the 23rd. I have been able to order account transcipts, but today its saying that The information you have entered does not match our records when I try to order return…any idea what could be wrong if anything?

So I can’t order either transcripts and the message says they are unavailable and to fill out the 4506t form. Are you saying this means there is a problem?

I was accepted on 1/29 at 1 bar w/ tt152. I figured this meant they haven’t gotten to my return yet.

It’s a 1 hour wait.. However they will be able to tell you if anything is wrong..

Things you need if Verifying are

This year and prior year taxes
Agis
Mothers maiden name
Federal amount paid
Expected refund amount

Mostly things you will find on the w2’s
Along with security question like equifax asks

@Amanda I would call and ask that’s what mine kept saying.. Last I found out my refund was delayed due to id issue from prior year.. Didn’t hear about until my refund didn’t show up! I asked why it’s happening again.. We don’t know.. Asked anyway to get off that list… Again we don’t know…

That maybe true on a refund date, but if you are having trouble getting in longer than a week.. It’s worth a look that’s how I found out my Identity issues were reoccurring

The IRS likes to LIE! It’s up to us to decide which ones we’re going to believe. Seeing that there’s PROOF that return transcripts = my refund is on the way I’m going to go ahead and believe it..

The IRS stated that you ordering or trying to order transcripts will not tell you whether your refund has been approved or not

Wasn’t even able to check for my Transcript just now after being able to for weeks. Called the number they posted and still not able to order Return transcript. Seeing that the Systems just went back up a few hours ago I’m hoping for some movement tonight or tomorrow…

Ugh my return transcripts are unavailable and says they are unavailable and to fill out form 4506-T now you have me worried. I didn’t have any issues last year and used both like and my husbands social both DL ids. I used my AGI and pin from last year I dread calling them because I never have good luck with getting anything answered

Yeah I used turbo tax this year and at the end they told me it would be wise to enter my State ID and its numbers and stuff. Which I did. I did the avoid any problems. I filed on the 21st and accepted the same day. So Im hoping im in tomorrow batch of people that get moved to approval. As I said several times beforehand, nothing has chagned on my return except the fact that I made more this year.

Upon Filing I Completed ALL Identifiers knowing my prior years.. I figured if I gave them all this proof, these problems wouldn’t occur.. Obviously that was wrong of me to think!

How else can I file and prove I’m me.. send a DNA Sample and Finger Prints with return..
At this Point I would..

Socials, ID number, AGI, Electronic Pin..
