System down already!!!!!

Called this morning twice to find out why there is a hold, told by both very rude agents that systems are down and to call tomorrow!!! How???

Thank you, I hope you do also, I’m in the same boat, when I received my transcript it had a 570 code, I am pulled for review but also have tt152, although I’m waiting for my return, I like seeing others get good news because eventually we will all see our return…. Best of luck to you again!!!

I called this morning and spoke to a very nice and helpful rep. He stated that I was pulled for review sometime last week and that’s the reason I haven’t received my refund yet. He also stated that I should have my refund by February 23rd hopefully he’s right. I filed on Jan 26th accepted the same day. Bars went missing Sunday but still have tt 152. Hope you all get the updates and info your looking for.

I most definitely will post if there are any changes, I guess we shouldn’t have expected them to come in today to do work, just sit and get paid for doing nothing, I hope something changes for you today!!

please update if you are able to get any answers. I am going to call later and tell them I got a letter about my offset (see if that makes them look further into my situation) and hopefully give me some answers. Doesnt even matter when i get it…I don’t mind waiting I just want to know that its coming. I have $1416 to most likely come out of my refund. I also sent them a check on my installment plan on 2/10, so I would also like to know if they will be returning my check! I dont think its too much to ask to have this information if I am ok with waiting for the actual direct deposit to occur.

I do wish someone could explain how this keeps happening…I mean..how??? I wish there was some way to hold them accountable…

I will be calling also, I think we can all agree that this is the worst tax season ever!!! Im a very patient person but it really angers me when I’m told one crappy excuse after another, someone needs to be held accountable for these unethical practices.

yes, HOW the system goes down as much as they are saying it does during this tax year is completely beyond my understanding.

So this means they are just sitting there answering the phone and telling everyone that calls that the system is down?? What gives!!! This is ridiculous!

They told me to leave my name and number and they would get back to me within 30 days…um no. I will be calling until I get some answers!! It has been far too long. I am aware that I have an offset and I know the exact amount of said offset and I am also aware that my offset has been paid, per the IRS

So where is the remaining balance of my refund? I need to know this money is coming, trying to start house shopping next month!
