      So I owe state taxes for jersey, I’ve been on a payment plan and this year jersey actually owes me a refund. My transcripts have not moved in about three weeks, I have all codes except 846 and I’m a Pather; so my question is, how will I know if they are holding up my federal refund for this? Wouldn’t they take it from the state refund? I got no update last night and I’m a weekly with as of 2/20
