So Confused!! Transcripts Mean Nothing I guess!

So I filed on 1/19/16. Accepted same day. Bars disappeared the following day. Last night 2/8/16 I was able to order BOTH transcripts. Checked WMR this am, still no bars and only the TT152. Decided to call. I was on hold forever, lady tells me that my refund is on hold and that it will be up to 30 days to receive a letter etc. I asked her about my transcripts that I was able ot order last night, and she says thats odd and that the transcripts I get in the mail wont be official ones?! WTAF?

@bryan there is ALOT of false myths about transcripts big update always happens wed so hope u get you ddd in the morning. Irs is running slower thi year and probably next year will be the same. Dont worry though everyone is waiting longer this year.

I ordered my account transcripts on 2/2. Finally got it today in the mail. Shown nothing appears processed. Said my refund wasn’t processed yet. My 21 days is this Friday and talked to a agent and he said I had to wait till Friday to talk to them. Ugh.

Being able to order your transcripts doesn’t mean you’ll get your Transcript in the mail. I ordered my 2015 Account and 2014 Return and both times they just a letting stating they couldn’t process my request and to call the IPSU(ID protection unit).

When ordering transcripts, you will choose 2015 transcripts, right? It would be first time ordering. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Being able to order your refund transcript only means that your return has been processed, which it has. Unfortunately there was something wrong with yours that you’ll find out from the letter. It’s a good sign for most people in the sense that they’ll be getting an update at the very least, but it doesn’t necessarily mean good news.
