should I be worried???

Filed/accepted 2/10 still unable to order transcripts for this year online or by phone.System doesn’t recognize the info entered as the same info the IRS has on file..granted I did have address changes this year but tried using both address and still nothing.However I find it odd that it won’t even pull up prior years with my old address, which I know is most def correct.Also last week I tried requesting by phone after I entered the address it automatically transferred me to wait for a rep..If I recall correctly if the info matched than you followed prompts to complete order and if it didn’t match,it would give you the same message it gives online and than give the option to re enter the correct info..SEEM a little off to anyone else??
