Is there an update going on right now? I can’t get any site to work properly.

  Can’t access transcripts checked sbtpg yesterday for the first time and it was showing expected amount for my federal and state refund. Not sure when it started showing since yesterday was the first time I checked. Since sbtpg is showing my expected amount does that mean my return has been processed??
