      Does Santa Barbara Tax Products Group always get notified before direct deposit posts?

          I’m not sure if at all…but I can say they are WAY behind. Last year I had to go through them. My profile was up but it never confirmed it received my funds from IRS. The day I got my refund, I checked SBTPG (just for the heck of it) and it NEVER updated.

          Now, that being said…I did have my funds loaded onto a Netspend card versus going to a traditional bank. Perhaps, b/c Netspend doesn’t have to adhere to ACH, I got my funds earlier than SBTPG could update…who know. Safe to say – I don’t ever want my money to filter through SBTPG again – I felt like it added SOOOOO much time to the turn around time of my refund.
