      Anyone else have this problem? DDD of 2/22, but nothing at all at sbtpg, says no record of account, can’t log in at all. Contacted their customer service who said to contact turbo tax and IRS. IRS is closed and I’m waiting for a call back from idiots at turbo tax, such a stupid automated system. WMR silk shoes as refund approved, two bars. My return says fees would process through Civista Bank and I was referred to sbtpg. UGH. Anyone else having issues?

            You’re right mike, tax prep companies use SBTPG to take their fees from customers that opt to have their fees deducted from their refund instead of paying them up front.

              im pretty sure sbtg is used for people that pay to get their taxes done and not the free version…Correct me if im wrong?

                Yup, I get the same message when I try to log into SBTPG. This is so aggravating.
