      I have a ddd of 2/9. SBTG was funded and took their fees out 2/7 but I still have not received my deposit. Anybody know why?

          First time filer with TT advance and (stupidly) opted to pay my fees using my refund. Another poster wrote that they now see a $40 fee titled “1st Refund Transfer Fee”. We don’t remember ever seeing that before or approving that when we signed up. Anyone know what that is? TYIA!

            Yes got my money on the 11th 3am chase ! My DdD was 2/9 first year its been late my guess is SBTPG was having problems !

                I don’t have a DD yet (pather) but I was reading a bunch of Reddit threads theorizing there was a glitch in the bank transfers specific to 2/9 DDD. Allegedly, prior transfers were okay. Not sure if its true, but throwing that out there as an FYI.

                  Hi I’m in the same boat, they allegedly deposited on 2/8 but it is 2/10 and my bank is claiming they have received nothing. Has anybody had an update?

                    This seems to be a yearly problem! This same thread is posted here every yr. That and TT complaints.

                      Same here. Called chase and they don’t even see anything pending so they haven’t released the money.
                      SBGT received my funds on 1/24, took fees out 2/7 – DD date was 2/8. AND NOTHING. And according to Chase bank – nothing is even pending.

                          Tpg sent funds yesterday 2/8 Ddd of 2/9 still have not posted to Chase bank account first year I have not received my direct deposit on the DDD
