      Finally got updated this morning and got the topic 203 message. called the hotline and have a debt with the VA. My question is, does anybody know how I can find the amount being offset? I have been trying for 2 hours, and have been on hold with the VA hotline for most of that time. The refund amount on WMR is the same. Never got a letter or anything and was accepted January 24th. I just want to know an amount so that I can prepare for it.
