      Does anyone know if you have to have a letter to do ID verification? We moved since we filed our refund and not all our mail has been getting forwarded. I got a call from Liberty and they said I’m under review (ID verification never mentioned) and that I just need to wait for this letter. Any recommendations would be extremely helpful. I’m WMR still shows “your return is being processed” TT 152.

          Go to fed tax office and explain moving.. Prove Id, take what may need to be corrected just in case..
