Processing date 3-05-18 filed 2-29 no change even on transcript HELP ??

I filed 2-29-18 turbo tax .. lost all bars feb still processing , I can’t ordef transcripts online it says something incorrect with my address but it’s not . I filed head of household . I did eic , edu credit I have a older son I claim . My cycle date is 20180705 03-05-2018

I’ve called twice was told just to wait I also got the letter saying to wait as well ..this transcript was ordered on 3-5-18 but excatly the same as the first one I order ..

Yep, sounds like most of us here. Seems there really isn’t much any of us can do. We are completely at their mercy. I filed in January and have been in review this entire time. I was told to call back April 13th if I don’t hear anything. I can’t even believe this.
