    anyone had 1 bar then the next day your bar is gone with, the generic message

    Has anyone found a solution? WHY IS THIS MESSAGE POPPING UP WHEN IM TRYING TO GET TRANSCRIPTS?

    I called the number that is listed this morning. The reason I am getting directed to that agency is when I tried to log in I forgot my password entered the wrong one and then had to do a pw reset…They said it will flag that account and make you talk to them if you need a transcript to ensure your really you but that the refund will not be effected.

    If you go to the WMR FAQs you’ll see this:
    Does Where’s My Refund always display my refund status with the tracker showing three steps?
    No. In some cases the tracker graphic will not be shown if your return is being reviewed prior to step two: “Refund Approved,” and instead an explanation or instructions will be provided depending on the situation. This can happen even if you previously checked Where’s My Refund and it showed the status as “Return Received” along with the tracker. In these cases be assured that we have your tax return and we are processing it. Please follow the directions provided by Where’s My Refund?. Otherwise if we need more information we will contact you – usually by mail. If we send you a letter about your return, please follow the instructions in the letter as soon as possible.

    Yes I am having this same issue and it is freaking me out really bad. I am hoping its just a glitch…has anyone called the number listed.

    Yep it happened to me too, I was accepted on the 13th and today my bar disappeared. I also tried to login to the online system to see my transcripts today for the first time this year and I get this msg – We cannot process your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit (IPSU) at 800-908-4490.

    I have never had any ID theft at all, I have always filed the same easy return every single year, same kids, same address, same job everything is the same. I am now talking to another girl who is having the same error when she tries to get online. I am freaking out :( Anyone else having issues?

    Yes and driving me crazy wish I knew what it meant I’ve had it for three days now
