please help! Nystate refund!

I checked my NYS refund & It had this messege!

Refund Status
We received your return and it required further review which could take up to 90 days to complete. If you receive correspondence from us, you should respond as soon as possible.

How do I know who to call and what to do?

This has never happened to me in the past.
My Federal refund is still stuck on 1 bar with tax topic 152.. Is that being reviewed too? I need answers ! Please help lol

  Relax. I have had this same message every year for 3 years. It changed to final stages 1 week after. I’m just waiting for a DD

  Mine says the same thing. I’ve been audited before on state. From what I gather, a good lot of NY filers have this message. Some have said that it corrected itself after a week or so. I’m hoping mine does too.

  Mine says the same thing… From the research I did, I think it’s just a fluke- a lot of people were saying that after a couple of days the status updates to “Processing” and showed the estimated refund date. You could try contacting NYS Dept of Taxation and Finance but plan on being on hold forever! I’m just going to wait a few days before I panic! Lol
