Accepted on 1/30. Just got off the phone and the rep told me they just started 2018 returns but I see on here some people received desposits so who’s lying ????

    #4316764 Reply

Called the bank ; they said Sorry, don’t see anything in your account as far as a tax refund goes. The state took the time to review , process and approve a return but couldn’t take a few more minutes to tap a few keys and send a direct deposit! I bet when they get to their own personal tax return the policy changes then !

    #4315895 Reply

Now it states 4-6 weeks ; down from 8-10 weeks yesterday. Deposit amount and all information except Direct Deposit date does not show. Hopefully soon ! Congratulations to the folks who got their Pa. Tax Refund , thousands of people envy you . Lol.

    Finally dd this morning

    #4315311 Reply

It is no joke, mine was approved and it’s been two weeks and no direct deposit. Mine says 4 to 6 weeks for deposit. I asked them why it is if we owe them money they want it yesterday, but when they owe us money, they collect the interest off it for a while and send it when ever they feel like it. This is a joke! I am tired off waiting

    #4314987 Reply

Finally after 6 weeks I’m updated to Return has been processed. Please allow 8-10 weeks for payment. YOUR KIDDING RIGHT ! I’ll have to check my bank account later and hope this message was just something they post for a joke. Anybody know how long it takes pa. To d/d after an update like this ? The Lady at the Pa.Department of Revenue couldn’t even tell me what days they deposit refunds or what day of the week their website updates ! Glad you got your S..t together Pa.

I filed 2/6. I received my refund to my RushCard yesterday morning. They’d do deposit a few days early. Website hadn’t updated yet with my deposit date. Boyfriend filed 1/31 and still doesn’t have his yet. I would imagineer will this week.

    #4312299 Reply

Mines been for a week and no other updates so not sure it has deposit date n.a

    #4312009 Reply

So once updated to processed, how long has it taken anyone to get their direct deposit?

    #4311059 Reply

So accepted 1/28, been processed as of march 1. So I called yesterday she said it was approved as of march 4. But she couldn’t see a direct deposit date yet. Of course she said it used to be 2 to 4 weeks for direct deposit, but since the backlog now we are waiting 4 to 6 weeks for deposit.

    #4310527 Reply

Accepted by PA 1/28, under standard review since 3/1. Every year it goes under standard review, then DD end of April. Why a review every year??

    #4310374 Reply

I filed 1/14 it was accepted 1/24, maybe I’ll get it in June.

    #4310338 Reply

This is crazy… PA you suck. Thank goodness I won’t need to file with them next year. Hopefully we see deposits soon. I will be sure to come back and update you guys once it hits.

I show that it is processed but not yet sent out. Its been at that status for almost two weeks.

    #4308805 Reply

    #4308645 Reply

this year is definitely the longest I ever waited for this refund. I checked the bank and it is still not there. I am hoping for this week but I don’t know what to think at this point. Thy are apparently having issues.

Finally awaiting a routine review and not completed yet

For a week now i havent had the no info message anymore, rather it says my return has been processed, yet its still hasnt been deposited. This is ridiculous

    #4307117 Reply

Last year when I got my state refund, I checked the website and it still didn’t have any info. Even after they already have me my money. I would take their website with a grain of salt.

    #4307056 Reply

    Enemy if the state

What is going on with state ?? This is crazy. The fact that nobody has gotten it makes me feel a bit better but also makes me have so many questions. No sense in calling cuz they not gonna tell me anything. I’m annoyed

    #4306746 Reply

I bit the bullet and called yet again. Nothing new. According to rep. Mine hasnt been looked at. They have it but she said they are just so back logged. I asked was there an offset or anything. She said mam, I honestly do not know. I told her how I had called before. She said yes, I see you called on the 8th. her advice was to 1. Call bacK in 4 weeks. and 2. Create an account on Pa Revenue state website. She said updates are made daily and when they process anything we would see it on there. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT ANYBODY ON THIS FORUM TO GET IT. THAT WOULD GIVE ME HOPE…LOLOLOLOLOLOL

    #4305952 Reply

I still got the no info . Ridiculous

    #4305680 Reply

Since monday mine has said been processed. Just waiting for it to to be deposited. I think i will have it by friday

    #4305464 Reply

I’ve been sitting at the 4-6 week deposit message all this week. I had the 8-10 week processing message for 24 hours.

    #4305394 Reply

State accepted 2/1..Just checked my status and it says “recieved return and updating information to our account” please allow 8 to 10 weekes for refund…It’s better than the no info available message, but still very vague..Anyone else have this message?

    #4302656 Reply

@Angela i got my federal refund on 2/22 and every year i filed i have always got my state exactly 1 week after my federal so im hoping i get my atate this friday

    #4302152 Reply

@Angela last year I filed on 02/01 on 02/19 it said my refund was processed and please wait 4-6 weeks for a refund. The refund went into my bank on 02/21. I checked when I got home and it was still on the same message. it never updated to a refund date. the one thing I can say it seems they are running behind this year so it might take longer. I will find out this week.

    #4301965 Reply

My federal refund is actually pending for the 27th in my account. I’m not sure how the state does it, because this is my first time filing in PA, but unless they just post it to your account then as of right now it hasn’t been sent to my bank at all.

    #4301486 Reply

@Angela based on previous years, ive always got mine within that same week once it says processed. I really think we will be getting our refunds this week

    #4300616 Reply

How long after the processed message should we receive our refunds?

    #4300378 Reply

Havent checked in a few days but the sysptem is down. Hopefully we will be be getting our refunds this week, finally

    #4300334 Reply

I just checked and the site is down. Either an update or possibly the weather. there are a lot of people in PA who lost power due to the wind

    #4300280 Reply

Mine says…the site is down right now…why???

    #4298397 Reply

Updated with the same new message as you guys also!

    #4298202 Reply

Mine updated again this morning without the adjustment notice. 4-6 weeks but won’t be holding my breath.

    #4297798 Reply

After yesterday’s update, I updated again today, “Your refund in the amount of $Xxx.xx was processed but not yet mailed/deposited. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be received.”

    #4297688 Reply

Finally got a new update this morning that I was hoping for. It says my return was processed and please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund. This means it should be in the bank this week. Last year I received my refund right after this message and there was never a refund date.

    #4295960 Reply

@Chad I definitely agree next year I’m not filing until mid February 🤦‍♀️

    #4295941 Reply

No kidding. I’m seriously tired of waiting though. I was an early filer with state and federal as I am every year. I will not file early again

    #4295626 Reply

@Jarrod that’s a strange how they say that and they don’t really adjust it smh stressing people out for nothing.

    #4294598 Reply

My refund status said there is an adjustment made to my refund and to allow 4-6 weeks for refund. It also said I’d receive a letter in the mail explaining the adjustment. I called them and they said they weren’t showing an adjustment but it could be too early to tell. It’s just another waiting game at this point.

    #4294352 Reply

I’ve gotten that same adjustment message last 3 years and there has never been an adjustment

    #4294105 Reply

I called the number it says an adjustment has been made to my refund allow 4-6 weeks to receive it and a letter was sent out to me.

    #4294041 Reply

I woke up to the same message too:
our return was received and information is currently being updated to your account. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from today to receive your refund. If you need additional information, please call 717-787-8201 and a representative will help you.
Hopefully we see some further movement soon since Federal is taking so long.

    #4293625 Reply

I just checked. Same message since the update for me. According to rep it was received by them on the 24th of Jan. I wonder why Pa is so far behind this year. I am at least glad there is some movement. for you guys. Good gravy. I didn’t hear about any shortages or layoffs for the state. Geeze.

    #4293557 Reply

I woke up to an update. info received and is currently being updated to your account. refund date in still n/a. I have no idea what this means. Never seen this before. Last year the refund went to my bank before it gave me a date so I will just keep checking.

    #4293420 Reply

well my state information finally updated this morning, ”
Your return was received and information is currently being updated to your account. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from today to receive your refund. If you need additional information, please call 717-787-8201 and a representative will help you.” Yet, when I call I get the same message I have for the last 3 years through the automated system, our refund amount has changed and a notice has been mailed, yet for the last 3 years it never changed…..At least we have movement now.

i electronically filed on 1/30/2018 and you accepted it on 1/31/2018. It’s been over 4 weeks and no updates whatsoever. When i call the PA revenue line the wait time has been 30+ minutes each time I’ve called. WHERE IS MY REFUND?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Social Security Number ***-**-1882
    Return Filed Date 01/30/19
    Requested Refund Amount $ 1,409.00
    Offset Amount $0.00
    Refund Amount $ 0.00
    Refund Mailed/Deposited Date N/A

    #4289423 Reply

No PA update here. Still processing. Filed 1/28. I expect it around the 1st of March.

    #4288944 Reply

Definitely no movement and I got accepted 1/23 got my ddd for federal today but not state so no one can say we wasn’t accepted before 1/28 because I was and got my fed today the state though OMG somethings gotta be wrong cause it’s been almost a month sat.

    #4288801 Reply

    Any luck??

    #4285682 Reply

No one said anyone lied.(djzluck) It is not that deep. Based on this forum 99% of us has had no movement. All things are possible. Enjoy your day

    #4285624 Reply

Anyone saying your PA return was accepted before 1/28 must have used an outside tax preparer or online software. PA’s tax season did not start until 1/28. The PA E-File site wouldn’t even allow any new activity until that date. So if you’re counting weeks since you were accepted, that’s the date to go by.

MOMO, I’ve repeatedly posted that my PA refund was deposited yesterday. I come on this forum every year and have no reason to lie.

    #4285388 Reply

My guess for pa will be like March 1

    #4285354 Reply

Pa return accepted 1/23 still no update or deposit to my account. I qualified for relief/forgiveness so I’m getting back everything PA took out. I got this last year for the first time ever too. I also got a notice around this time last year that I had to submit social security card, birth certificates and a current medical or school record for all 3 of my kids. I did and got my refund a few weeks later. I told my tax lady about that what I filed this year and she said PA made that a requirement for 2018 if you had dependents, once you are asked to send it you won’t be required again unless you add a dependent or something changes. I check on the PA website for any notices from 2018 there are none, of I flip to 2017 it shows the ones from last year. I don’t get what’s taking them so long this year.

    #4284045 Reply

I read that PA didnt start processing until 1/28 and it takes 4-6 weeks to complete. So hopefully we start updating friday cause that would be 4 weeks from 1/28
