Path Act With 846 Code Already?

      Did something change this year? I have a dependent and I normally don’t get my refund until the end of February or early March. I checked my transcripts this morning with the 846 code. It says my DD is 2/10. I filed on 1/31.

          I just filed today. Now walking the PATH. I don’t mind it though. After a few years of walking the line, you get quite used to it. I just made it my point to visit IGMR Forums and chat it up with fellow Path walking folk like myself. I’m just waiting my 24 hours before seeing WMR update to the classic PATH Act message. Anyways….HOWDY EVERYONE!

              You can still get your refund early with a dependent. It only gets delayed if you have the earned income credit or the additional child tax credit. A regular child tax credit doesn’t apply to PATH

                Just checked. The 846 code hasn’t posted on my transcript yet. I’m a daily, so maybe tomorrow, if I’m lucky.

                  Anything is possible. One of my PATH customers received her entire refund on the 31st after filing January 27th. I’m about to check mine again today. I had everything else except a 846 in mind. Only thing I crossed referenced yesterday was when you can see the initial date, I usually get my return 10 days before…..like this year it says February 17th but I wonder if I’ll get it around the 10rh
