      I have been trying to order my transcripts and keep getting an error message that the information I entered does not match what the irs has on file. I have tried 10 times and know the info is correct, what do I do??

              Just tried a different address, I can order my account transcript but not my return transcript. What is the difference?

                I filed on 1/30, got accepted same day but still stuck on bar one :/ .
                I tried my old address as well as ordering by phone. So I guess It has not been processed. Sucks cause I really need the money :(

                  Although I can’t order online I was able to order my 2015 return transcript by phone

                    I’m having the same issue. I was able to order my 2014 returns using my old address on 2/7. Now neither of my address are working it’s saying my information doesn’t match. Filed 2/5, 1st bar WMR 2/8

                      When did you file?

                      Just asking because I can’t order Transcript online at all

                      This is because of some ID issues..

                      You may have better luck on phone!
                      If you moved try new and old..

                      I can only do this by phone..

                        Do nothing.. You’re getting the msg because they haven’t processed your return yet.. I got the same msg.. Once they processed mine, I got a DDD of Feb. 10 and today I got my $$.. BTW.. I filed on 1/15.. accepted 1/19.. Couldn’t order transx till 2/3
