      On 4/08 around 7am I tried to obtain my transcripts online using my student loan account but didn’t realize until after I locked myself out they probably were asking for the account number they give me when I call the company that currently hold the account (I tried using the loan account #’s from each of the 4 loans I have first) so it says I’m locked out for 24hrs. I tried to redo it today around noon and it’s still telling me that I’m locked out for 24hrs. Does anybody know what I can do or has anybody has the same issue before?

          If your loan servicer is Great Lakes it will not recognize any of your account numbers. I cannot access my transcripts because of this. The IRS and Great Lakes confirmed this for me. I don’t understand if they know this is an issue why not fix it…..but that would be too easy.

              Well as you know I originally locked myself out around 7am on the 8th and I tried again the same night after midnight but was still locked out so figured I had to wait until after 7am so I tried last a little after noon today. I’m about to try again though 🤞

                @Mandy sounds like a computer glitch on their behalf. When was the last time you tried to signup?

                  The loan account number my current provider gives me when I call is a completely different number than the 4 loan accounts so I’m pretty sure that would be the account number they have on file since I have a total of 4 loans but I’m still confused as to why my account is still locked after the 24hr period

                    If you used all four of your loan account numbers then more then likely they don’t have that info (for some reason) on file to verify. They sometimes with certain individuals don’t even have ppl cell numbers on file even w/it being in their name unfortunately. Idk what system they use to verify but it’s obviously an old system that doesn’t update periodically
