      Hi Guys,

      Ok, so I filed on the 12th, was accepted on the 12th. Since then, only 1 bar with tax topic 152. I can not order a return transcript for 2015, but I can order an account transcript. Is there any significance to being able to order an account transcript?

      Also, I owe my state like 70 bucks, I forgot about, and the offset hot-line says they MAY do an offset for it. What does “MAY do an offset” mean? Anyone else been through this? Are lots of people approved on the 12th still on 1 bar?

          My hubby has an offset but as of ten mins ago, the hotline is still saying it MAY be offset.
          So does this mean it hasn’t been paid yet or if it has, does the hotline update since we were able to order transcripts

            Account transcript does not mean anything basically it just covers all the information you entered with your return such as filing status and what not. What you really want is the return transcript. From my experience if you still live in the same state that you file your returns in usually they will take out of state if you have a refund. Otherwise it would offset you federal return.
