Can they take out child support from my tax refund and can they take unpaid hospital bills like ambulance ride or student loan without telling me.

Yessir. They offset my refund every year until last year i finally paid off my child support. And they dont leave you a penny.

They will 100% take the entirety of your refund if you owe more child support than your.refund I know.from.experience and same.with student loans I am not.sure about the ambulance ride
If you are married and you receive an offset you can consider filing an injured spouse form. My husband and I had an offset last year. They were going to take the entire return due to my student loans. Luckily, I found out about injured spouse. He filed it, and we ended up getting almost all of it back because he was the only one that had any income the prior year. I’m not sure what options there are for single people. I will say it took a long time to get our return back since we had to file the injured spouse form. It added 8 weeks. The irs took longer than 8 weeks, so we ended up getting extra $ from the irs for interest owed for taking longer! Then turned around and had to add that to our refund this year to pay taxes on lol.
Sounds too late, perhaps more deets are needed! If you owe, how do you plan to get it stopped? This is why I tell people, take care of all this stuff (especially loans), before tax season.
If you have a offset and you already filed your taxes can you call the student loan people to get it stopped or is it to late.

Dam I guess there go that new scion I was wanting. Dam I was going to get a 2017 Scion and a 75” tv but looks like my ex will get the money so she can buy meth pills and booze oh well
Student loans, child support – YES! Ambulance service fees, not sure, but I’d guess no. Yet, usually there are codes and or, a letter?
